  • Custom/personalized items (like engraved belts) are generally final sale—no returns or refunds unless defective.
  • Defective or damaged items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery—we'll cover return shipping and make it right (refund or replacement).
  • Customer covers return shipping unless the issue is our fault.
